The exterior looks unappealing and needs serious landscaping!!! I can't believe I had to get a bucket to catch the drips. An effort to improve the outside appearance is urgently required!!!

absolutely unbelievable. the clerk was grumpy and unhelpful, but i almost thought about giving a good review until i saw the breakfast setup, which was just watered down coffee and sad muffins. as a guest, i should've at least received some complimentary gesture for my trouble! i'm thoroughly disappointed with this so-called hotel.
